Built by a chef. Inspired by hospitality.
Chef Oumar Diouf’s journey has taken him from Senegal through Argentina and Brazil to the United States, across restaurants, food trucks, catering, and hotel kitchens. Along the way, he learned that great hospitality isn’t simply about completing a task — it’s about noticing what needs to be done before someone has to ask.
